Mark Krom is the founder, President and Chief Executive of TAG Company, and serves as Chairman of the TCI Board. Mark has led the company to profitability while growing revenue from $2 million to $17 million. He is the holder of three security technology patents, with three additional patents pending. He is also a member of The Company of Security Professionals. Mark is a former General Manager and Director of Sensormatic Electronics’ EAS Product Division in Boca Raton, Florida, a division that grew EAS revenue from $200mm in 1996 to $500mm in 1999. Prior to that, he was a director at Weber & Associates, a Washington DC-based consulting firm.

As a fifteen-year veteran in the development, sales, and marketing of advanced security technology and services, he has successfully positioned new technology and tools for some of the world’s leading retailers, such as Wal-Mart, HMV, Home Depot, K-Mart, Boots, Karstadt, Dairy Farm, the A.S. Watson Group, CVS, Robinson's May, and Federated Department Stores. Mark graduated from Wake Forest University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Business.

Suzanne Connell, Director of Operations and Company Secretary (TAG EMEA)
Suzanne is a founding member of the company and is largely responsible for establishing TAG’s operational infrastructure. Suzanne joined the company in 2000 from Rolls Royce PLC, and was responsible for the development and growth of TAG’s patented Self Seal Tag™ product line, positioning TAG as the market leader in disposable entertainment media security tagging.

Suzanne has coordinated the supply chain logistics for major chain-wide rollouts of security solutions to leading retailers including Woolworths, Morrisons, HMV, Virgin Megastore, ASDA, Superdrug and many others. Suzanne is responsible for TAG’s EMEA Supply Chain Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Operations functions.

Richard Bawamia, Director of Service (TAG EMEA)
Richard leads and drives the technical support, service, installation, and maintenance programs for TAG’s UK and European business. Richard joined TAG after six stellar years at Sensormatic where he led project and service programs for major retailers including Boots, TK Maxx and Tesco. At TAG, Richard has created a team which has a reputation for first-class customer service and program management. Richard has revolutionised the way in which modern EAS programs are run through the introduction of state-of-the-art planning tools and fully customized Service Level Agreements. Under Richard, TAG successfully rolled out the largest and fastest UK EAS program (Woolworths), encompassing 821 stores in 10 working months.  Other major programs include Morrisons, Superdrug (AS Watson), ASDA (WAL-MART), Virgin Megastore, and HMV to name but a few.

Ron Premuroso, President/General Manager of International Operations
Ron is responsible for TAG's dealer programs outside North America and Europe. He is the former President of Sensormatic’s International division where he managed a staff of 650, generating in excess of $160 million annually, and operating in 50 countries. Under Ron’s leadership, Sensormatic International sustained an annual growth rate of over 18%. Ron is highly regarded for leading expansion into new markets and countries, establishing dealer programs, opening direct country-level offices, and gaining market share. His divisions at Sensormatic were consistently the highest ranked in terms of growth, profitability, and cash flow. Ron has more than 21 years of experience in EAS.

Randy Swantner, Vice President of Service (TAG US LLC)
With over 17 years of experience in leading the delivery of EAS installation and service, Randy has established a reputation as being one of the top technical support executives in the industry. Holding positions of Director – Regional Service Latin America, Director – International Technical Service & Product Marketing, Director – International Technical Support, and Director – Asia/Pacific Technical Support, Randy is unquestionably the most qualified executive to lead TAG Company’s global service efforts.

Kathie Bulson, SVP Development and Services (TAG US LLC)
Kathie is responsible for all aspects of sales, product and partner development in the US, Canada and Latin America.  She is the former Director of EAS Technology Development at Sensormatic Electronics, where she was responsible for technology management and product development for Sensormatic’s $500 million EAS business.   In addition, Kathie led the RFID product team in the mid 1990’s for applications in both retail merchandise tracking as well as asset protection in the commercial marketplace.  A former VP of Sales and Marketing for a POS monitoring company, she understands the need for information and intelligent solutions integrated into the loss prevention operations within the retail market.  Using this industry knowledge, she leads the development of new products expanding the product portfolio to best suit the changing needs of the retail loss prevention professional.  A mechanical engineer, Kathie's management experience includes product design, manufacturing and production as well as sales, marketing and testing.

Joy Green, Vice President of Finance and Company Secretary (TAG US LLC)
Joy is responsible for all Finance and Accounting for TAG Company. In addition, she heads up Operations for TAG Company North America and International (Asia and South America). Joy has been with TAG since it’s inception in May 2003 and is a C.P.A.  Joy worked for Sensormatic Electronics for 17 years in various financial capacities including Controller of U.S. Operations and has experience in a wide array of operational and financial accounting functions.
