TAG Company Service Evolution

September 2002
TAG established the European Service Center in the United Kingdom.

November 2002
TAG established the Asia/Pacific Service Center in Singapore.

May 2003
With the relocation of TAG Headquarters to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA, TAG established Service Centers in the United States and Canada.

 

Service Centers

TAG Company utilizes service employees and national service contractors to perform the installations of systems and accessories. The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and data communication connections. The systems are commissioned by remote access provided by the TAG Service Center or by the installer on-site with a handheld tuner.

Service Center Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers and dealers
  • Project Management
  • Manage field service (installs & maintenance)
  • Commission & repair systems via remote access
  • Repair and refurbish systems
  • Maintain spare parts inventory
