Source Tagging Recyclable Hard Tags

Huge cost savings and increases in profitability can be realised by applying Hard Tags to apparel at source and then, once detached at the point of sale, recycling them back through the supply chain for re-application.  However, in order to maximise returns, the complete model must be carefully considered.  TAG, in partnership with a worldwide network of logistics partners and selection of the correct EAS Hard Tag can create and tailor this model for each individual retailer.

2. Development of Bi-Technology Hard Tag (AM and RF combined)
3. Reduced in size to produce stand alone RF and AM versions

5. Robust Design – If used in a Source Tagging Programme, the Hard Tag must be manufactured from high grade plastic, ensuring maximum usage over a 5 year period
6. Flat Shape factor - Must not damage garments during transport.  This is only possible with an internal locking mechanism
7. No pockets for water to collect on pin during logistics process – leading to rusting, leading to damaged garments.  Enhanced by plastic pin
